Our Wedding

We met where all modern introverts go to find love: safely behind our screens, where we could think about our answers before hitting send. What started as low-stakes messaging quickly spiraled into rapid-fire, late-night text marathons. We fell for each other alarmingly fast, transitioning from internet strangers to absolute best friends in what felt like the blink of an eye.For two people who used to view leaving the house as a major chore, finding each other didn’t make our worlds smaller—it made them infinitely bigger. Together, we found a shared, quiet bravery to pack our bags and travel the world. Side by side, we have explored crowded global cities, quiet remote landscapes, and vibrant cultures, always knowing we carried our favorite sanctuary right along with us.But our greatest adventure yet happened right here in our own realm. During a trip to the Renaissance Faire—dressed up head-to-toe in our finest fantasy attire, surrounded by knights, music, and old-world magic—Ed dropped to one knee and proposed. We started our journey behind screens, we are currently planning a fantasy winter wedding, and we cannot wait to step into our next chapter with all of you by our side! Our story is proof that you don’t have to be loud to live adventurously, and that the best journeys begin when two quiet worlds collide.

👑 Meet the Maid of Honor: Nikki.

Every bride needs a rock by her side, and Terri has the absolute best in her sister, Nikki. Growing up, Terri always looked up to Nikki and wanted to be just like her. True to her generous nature, Nikki never minded being copied by her younger sister - a testament to a bond that has only grown stronger over the years. As the Maid of Honor, Nikki brings a lifetime of shared memories, unwavering loyalty, and boundless enthusiasm to the bridal party.

When she isn't busy keeping the wedding plans on track, Nikki is a high school Spanish teacher, shaping young minds with patience and passion. At home, she wrangles a beautifully chaotic household alongside her husband, Marc. Together, they are raising two incredible kids, April and Gavin, who keep life exciting, loud, and full of love.

When she actually gets a quiet moment to herself, Nikki is a massive bookworm. She absolutely loves to read and gives the best book recommendations.

Nikki is the ultimate master of multitasking—balancing lesson plans, motherhood, marriage, a towering reading list, and maid of honor duties without ever losing her smile. From those childhood days of wanting to follow in her footsteps to this major milestone, Terri could not imagine stepping into this next chapter without her sister by her side and making sure the celebration is nothing short of magical.

¡Vamos a celebrar!

🤵 Meet the Best Man: Ryan
Every great story has a defining chapter, and Ryan’s is one of our absolute favorites. As Ed’s brother and Best Man, Ryan represents the kind of resilience, loyalty, and strength that inspires everyone around him. Growing up together, Ed and Ryan shared everything, but life has a way of throwing unexpected curveballs. A few years ago, Ryan hit a rough patch, facing challenges that would have caused many people to throw in the towel. But the incredible thing about Ryan is that he did not let a difficult season define his future. Instead, he put in the hard work to completely rewrite his story. With raw grit, humility, and determination, Ryan dug deep and transformed his life. He did not just get back on his feet—he grew into a genuinely great man, a rock-solid brother, and the person our entire family relies on today, helping out with anything and everything the family needs no matter how difficult. When Ed needed a Best Man, there was never a doubt. Ryan is the guy who shows up, leads with integrity, and brings an unmatched level of heart to everything he does. Ed is incredibly honored to have his brother standing by his side on the big day, celebrating not just the future, but the incredible man Ryan has become.
